I did not get the product that I ordered when I called for an exchange I was told the product that I had wanted was no longer available and I was sent a return label with the promise of a full refund – I did not receive a full refund I was still charged shipping which I feel I should not have been because I did not receive the product orderd

The scent of the cologne I received bore no resemblance to the fragrance I was expecting according to the name of the product. I felt duped. I think FragranceX should inform customers they are not going to be receiving the original fragrance that the name of the product would lead one to believe they’ll be receiving.

I've not received my order! Neither can I speak to a person about a credit card charge!

Realizei a compra de um perfume e não entregaram. Empresa PIC@RET@, dando golpes no Brasil Mandei uma porção de emails e não respondem. Bando de VAGABUNDOS. Quero meu dinheiro de volta !!!

Have ordered here before. The last time my order was cancelled three times! The kept telling me my billing address, was different than what the credit card/bank had. After confirming with my credit card/bank they have the correct address, the same one I have on my account with FragranceX. I even called them and the agent took my order manually and advised me it would be shipped. No such luck, they cancelled that one too. There's only one party here that could not get their act together. I've since found a better supplier of the Ocean Pacific product, order/approved/shipped all in the same day Better price and arrived in two days!

The cologne seems to wear off quickly. Makes me think it is a knock off or diluted. Look somewhere else.
