CrediCard Issues. I'm from Ecuador and tried to ordered using a prepaid credit card from Banco Bolivariano, they asked for a authorization code, spent a lot of time calling the bank and even making international calls to FraganceX, the ordered was never completed and my money was given back after two weeks. Waste of time and even money because they charged two dollars that never returned.

from last 8 years,I am buying “Diva “ perfume online and the first time I am very disappointed because your perfume is fake. No smell and something is wrong with the the bottle cap, you can’t put it on that’s also tells you, the bottle is not original.
