I was so worried about receiving my order especially after reading endless negative reviews. But I became calmer when Vasil always responded to my emails and all my queries. And even more calmer when I received my order just over 10 days after placing it from South Africa. I would though, ask them to improve their tracking system. I didn't know that my order would be delivered when it was coz I wasn't informed all the way through. Nonetheless, I wouldn't mind ordering again.

This is not my first time ordering from this company, and I am overall pleased with the service I received for the most part. The prices that I paid for my items were to me reasonable and my items were shipped expeditiously. The reason that I'm giving them a 4 star rating is because of the the way my items were packed. The shipping box was too small for the amount and size of items that were in it, and because of this the factory cardboard boxes of my items were crushed. My items were jammed in so tight, that after they taped it shut the box top was completely bowed up. I'm sorry but they had to have noticed this, but, instead of repacking the items into a larger box, they shipped the smaller over packed box anyway.

I found fragrancenet very prompt with my order I ordered the Diana Vreeland vital. Very disappointed fragrance last but a minute and very very light the patch of getting the packaging is exceptional the body is beautiful but the scent is truly a disappointment and I was going to buy more but I don't think I will but I will be dealing with fragrance that again very nice company
