I ordered several bottles, which I love them all. But one, the Burberry Her bottle had quite a bit of the fragrance missing. The package was intact and nothing had leaked. It won’t keep me from ordering again, things happen but just wanted to make you aware.

**Update Jan. 12: They eventually sent me an email and returned the money for the missing product back to me. So I have to give them credit here.** Ordered 2 bottles of different perfumes for my gf for Xmas. Have emailed them 4 times and tried calling because I only received 1 of the bottles even though they said both were in there (packing slip and invoice). They still owe me 1 item but they don't reply. I didn't think a big site like this would be so shady.

I brought Paul Smith Sunshine for my daughter for Christmas and it smelled amazing. Decided to buy one for myself but this one smells completely different.

I ordered 4 bottles of colognes for Christmas package should take 3 days for delivery i got it 2 weeks later with 1 bottle missing I've tried numerous times to call but no one answered i paid for a product that i never received

The cap was broken and it was not NEW

I had to wait rather long for the delivery.

Legit product. Only problem was one of the aftershave lotions opened during shipping due to them not being individually sealed, so half of product was lost. Slow shipping but that is most likely due to usps around a holiday p
