I put my order two weeks ago and still waiting on delivery

First off, I was a first time customer, I ordered two bottles of cologne, one of which was fine, the other was empty due to leakage while being shipped. I contacted customer service and was asked to send a picture of the defective bottle which I did immediately. I was then told to return the defective bottle and was sent , by e-mail, a return label to affix to the box that was so blurry as to be unreadable as far as the address was concerned, so using my own program I fixed it. I was informed that a replacement bottle would be sent to me upon receipt of the defective one. Several days later I got an e-mail stating that an adjustment had been made and $19.10 had been returned to my account, well that's great but I was out $22.46, NOT $19.10, and I didn't want an adjustment, I wanted what I ordered as I was promised by customer service, so not only did they lie to me, they stole from me too. Pretty crappy way to treat a first time customer, oh, make that a one time customer as I will NEVER order anything from them EVER again or EVER recommend them to any of my friends, nice job guys!

FAKE! Ordered the product and turned out to be a fake! Bad fake! I have been using this same perfume for ages and this was a big disappointment! I guess if The price is too good then there must be something wrong! I will be returning the product - let’s see how the experience is dealing with the customer care team.

The product I bought was fake. Not close to resembling the original.

I have been trying to work out the fact that ups sent notification that the package was damaged and never delivered and have been dealing with this for over 2 weeks now. Looks like I will have to open a claim with my bank to get my money back since I stopped getting responses to resolve this issue. Been using this site for over 10 years but after this looks like I will have to look else where. Disappointing....

I wrote a longer review about how terrible this company is and they erased most of my review. Scamers!!!!

Bad packaging, old bottles, leaking. No reply back on my email. Very disappointed!
