I ordered Paul Sebastian Design cologne that had no fragrance.... Just smelled like alcohol. Bought 2 bottles and both were the same. Returned both. The customer service rep was very helpful and kind.

Ordered two different bottles. Joop! And 24k. Paid with PayPal registered to me name signed up with my billing address but shipped to different address. Order was cancelled without notice and refunded. Asked for insight on why order was cancelled. Got support ticket number but never for a reply. Very poor. If this is what happens when you try to support other people besides Amazon and eBay I rather not even try. BTW: found them cheaper on Amazon and they were already delivered to the same address using the same payment methods.

My order was placed 10-9-18. Today is 10-23-18 and I am yet to receive it! I ordered 6 bottles of Navy Perfume.

very bad products and don't last long .maybe it is high copy not original

The purchase smelled like alcohol! Never again will I purchase from this site.

Was so excited to see that you got Byzance perfume in so I ordered three bottles only to find out they were fake they weren't the real thing and that's wrong if you can't sell the real stuff don't sell anything at all cuz you're going to get it back.

Fake perfume I got. Bad

Wouldn't ship to my work address even though I've had plenty of packages sent there. They mentioned they could only ship to the billing address on the card, which was something I never had an issue with. For four fragrances, went to a competitors website and purchased with delivery sent to my work address with no issues.
