I ordered two bottles of fragrance as a gift. It was stated that I would receive them 2 days before I left to go to the out of area family reunion. It did not arrive, and I kept receiving emails saying it was delayed but was on it's way. I left without my present. It arrived before I returned, in a broken box with lots of clear packing take around it, with a label saying 'loose in mail unit San Francisco Richmond CA 94804'. I was thinking about ordering Chanel 5 - for myself. Now I know know if I have little confidence in FragranceX. This experience has been very negative. I'm not received the package yet....I make the order un October 12 and I'm not receive it.

My order was accepted and the amount showed up on my card. But a few days later I rec'd an email saying my order had been canceled by the shipping dept. and returned to the ordering department. The email stated that "she" had no idea why my order had been canceled and not processed...instead it was returned to the ordering dept. In the email to me she stated that they were giving me a refund. I have rec'd the refund, but still cannot understand why my order was canceled apparently by someone in the shipping dept. I probably will not be ordering from this company in the future.

I was grossly overcharged for my item and FragranceX refused to price match even after supplying proof. Make sure to check Amazon first before ordering!

I pot the order three week later and not received my order.
