Haven’t received the product yet can’t really say much but they are very slow shipping

Totally over priced and poor quality.

I have 3 pending orders all paid with my credit card. It supose to be delivered in 2. To 63 days it has been 12 days and haven't heard anything so I guess I taken once again

Tried to sneak in other non-authorized transactions. No reply from so-called Customer Service, no phone number lasted on Website. Buyers Beware. Possible fraud. Go somewhere else.

Shipping is always too long. Free shipping is a must on any order like your competition. I have bought alot of product from your company in the past years and the shipping and customer surface has just gotten worse. What ever happened to the nice fingernail clippers and extra's you included in our orders? Customer Service is a MUST and I hope you can come back to the company you were two years ago. On-Line shopping is a real competitor to you and so many companies. Give us a little reason not to go the mall and other retailers.

Too slow, too long waiting for shipping. It seems to me that you did not have product on your warehouse. But, that didn't stop you from selling it. Very unprofessional.
