Hello Nancy, Hope you are well. I understand the frustration of receiving your bottle with no cap. Please note that you did order the tester and as we state on the website there is no guarantee it will come with a cap. As for the smell I am not sure how the smell would be different when we receive the items from the manufacturers. I have emailed you a return label so that you may return the item back free of charge for a full refund. Thank you!

You are 100% correct and once we saw that you did not receive the order we should have reshipped the order out to you with no questions asked. I sincerely apologize for the way this was handled. Hello, Hope you are well. I understand the frustration with a fragrance not lasting on you. Please note that the Cologne spray was ordered and this is lightest out of the concentrations of fragrances. I have refunded you for the order in full with no need to return the item. I am truly sorry for the inconvience.
