Not happy with your at all

Do not buy at this place ... very bad service received from the customer service. After two weeks of waiting for my perfume and many communication with them, he does not send me my order under the pretext that my address is different from that of my credit card. This is twice that I order with them and my information never changed in seven years. After checking with my card issuer of my credit card, the two addresses are identical ..... What is their problem. In addition I had to cancel my order because no possibility of agreement with them and finally find me without perfume. Never again with this company !!!

Never received the item bought

I have sent several e-mails and have received no response. I do not intend to ever use Fragrances or to encourage others to use unless I receive adequate response to my inquiries.

The store charged more than what they claimed on the invoice and what I accepted as final payment. What a shame, will not be ordering through them again.

I ordered a FragranceX twice with two different credit cards with their billing address is correct with each card and I was rejected on each one I have ordered off of the Internet with both these cards and have never been refused I will not give you a very good credit rating or order from you I was so happy I have been looking for the fragrance Mackey for years I was so happy to see it but very disappointed I cannot purchase it
