Got an empty perfume envelope. No cologne was in the package. The envelope for the perfume sample was obviously used and taped back together. This company should be avoided, not trustworthy!

To whom it may concern, I have been fragrancex customer over 3 years and I have never had a problem with your company. This time I had placed my online order on September 18th 2018, I still to date have not received the package. I have called the help line customer service multiple times and quite frankly each agent that I have spoken to has not been able to resolve this. They have been nothing but rude on the phone. Every time I have been the polite one and trying to ask them to solve this issue. I have asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and they keep telling me no one is available. Can someone please resolve this issue as this was a gift for my father and it’s been way overdue .I can’t believe it’s taking your company and the shipper over 2 months to figure this out. I am tired of calling your company every time for an update. This has just been the worst service and a nightmare I will makesure no one in my family or friends order from you guys ever again. Also the way your agents speak they have no ethics of talking on the phone l. They talk over you and don’t let u finish your sentences. Most horrible experience ever.

I ordered a tester of viva la juicy and it does not smell like my brand name and you guys guaranted it was the real thing. Will not b ordering anymore from you and will tell everyone not to either. Now if you want to exchange and send real thing, I will be happy! Pay that much and it not be the same is ridiculous!

Bottle was not full and the smell was not strong it was dull as if it was old

Order the item Nov 9th. Shipping showed 5-7days. I didn't receive my package until the 21st. Horrible services

The perfume does not smell at all like what I normally get. Will never be buying from You again

They shipped out 2 of the 4 items and now I’m being held responsible for it this company say they are going to fix it then when you call they say they going to do and you call back nothing is done this company is bad and I would never recommend to anyone
