Didn't realize they were based in USA so no chance of delivery before Xmas even though I allowed weeks. It's still in JFK airport. This should be made clear or given delivery time frames

I love the way the Company ships so fast. The deals are very good too. Website update is needed though.

Update I have finally have received my order I have ordered perfume over 10 days ago I have contacted customer service by email, but no reply from them so disappointed, as I ordered it as a xmas present.

I ordered 2 bottles and was charged for 2, but only received one bottle. I have received no reply to my email to them.

The perfume was advertised as 3.4 ounces but was only 3.3 ounces when I received. Fragrance X has been sending advertisements for sale prices AND free shipping, but it’s NOT free shipping unless you order a certain dollar amount. I talked to customer service and they said the part about a certain dollar amount is IN THE FINE PRINT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE‼️‼️ To me this is very misleading and not a very professional business way to treat customers ‼️‼️‼️

The perfume name miracle smell very old .so send it back and I wear this perfume all the time and I know how smell. sodelarenta that don’t smell like the one buy Macy’s.I want to send that one back but I trash the box .Everything else was OK the rest of the perfume and cologne smell good it was fast delivery

Shipping took forever and even Rep could not locate it. Finally arrived today & box was opened

I did not receive my first order and was not notified that it was not going to be filled. No explanation was provided, after sending an email I finally received a reply stating my order was canceled. I did receive my second order. The products appear fine.
