Hi Justin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment and understand how frustrating order concerns can be. 😔 After reviewing the account activity, we found two separate orders for Happy by Clinique for Men. For the earlier order, our records show it was delivered by USPS on March 3rd and did not include expedited shipping. A later order placed on April 12th for the same items was also shipped without express service and was delivered by USPS on April 20th. At this time, we do not see previous communication on the account regarding these concerns, but we certainly want to help clarify any remaining questions, including payment or refund concerns through Affirm. Also, we see both orders had a 15% off applied. Please feel free to contact our customer support team with the relevant order number so we can review everything in detail and assist you further.
