Ordered my order as always, and this time my bottle was broken and wouldn’t pump customer service said to return it , I enformed them it will leak out. What a waste!! Anyways I will find another company to get my cologne from in the future. I was totally happy and a 10 yr customer. Do the right thing and send me a new bottle. Nope!!!

I can not see any option for csv upload as a dropshiper, we have to place orders but there is no csv file upload option... strange

Dodgy emails from this company dodgy full stop

I cant speak on the fragrances themselves, due to the fact that they cancelled my order 4 times. I placed my original order with them and they cancelled it without any notice. I would have never known unless I checked on their website. I reordered and I checked the next day and it was cancelled again with no notice. Now getting a bit frustrated, I call them and the lady reorders everything over the phone and verifies all my information is correct. I check once again, and for some reason it is cancelled again. I call up again and the lady cannot give me a reason why it has been cancelled. I decide to give it one last try and place the order with a different card hoping that maybe that would work. This time they send me an email and tell me my order is on hold and told me I had to email them my Billing/shipping information for verification purposes. I did such thing and without warning or a response back to my email. The order has been cancelled again. I'm done with this company. Their customer service was no help and they keep you in the dark the entire time. I have never had this happen with any other company and have wasted too much time already.

I ORDERED THIS AND IMMEDIATELY UPON OPENING IT KNEW IT WAS FAKE...I WORKED AT ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH FOR YEARS AND HAVE BEEN WEARING FIERCE FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND THIS IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE SCENT....I WANTED TO MAKE SURE I WAS NOT MISTAKING BEFORE I POSTED THIS REVIEW SO I WENT TO THE STORE AND ALL 6 EMPLOYEES AGREED THAT THIS IS NOT THE AUTHENTIC COLOGNE AS THIS SITE LIES AND CLAIMS IT IS...AND THEY ALSO POINTED OUT SOME FLAWS IN THE PACKAGING AS WELL AS THE BOTTLE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT...I WILL BE REPORTING THEM FOR SELLING REPLICA ITEMS AS WELL..AND THE MANAGER AT THE STORE LOCATION ALSO FILLED OUT THEIR REPORT FORM ABOUT SCAM.

Complete joke of a company! Over charged me but blamed it on my bank (complete lies) then received my 200ml bottle of Hugo boss the scent and it's awful !! Fake Now thay are completely ignoring my emails avoid !!!

Honestamente ese perfume lo compre para mi esposo anteriormente y se sentía el olor por más de 10 horas, este el se lo pone y no se siente en una hora, creo q no es original. Es mi primera y última vez de compra con uds, ademas me cobraron 10 por free shipping cosa q no quería. Desafortunadamente no me siento contenta con la compra
