Worst customer service ever!

i ordered twice my parfum and it was cancelled all the time without explaining why....this means business ? Not serious at all, not professional

Order never received by USPS. I would've preferred paying than get free shipping through the postal service. VERY upset.

My order apparently didn't go through, and I wasn't only not notified, I had to follow up myself in order to find this information out, 2 weeks after my order should have been delivered. It was a gift for someone and extremely embarrassing for me, and the lady answering the phone was quite rude in that she did not seem to care that I wasn't notified. Poor service.

never got my purchase

I ordered three brands of colognes, and all of them are fake, and the smell doesn’t even stay for a few minutes. I have bought a bodyspray, and the smell of it at least stay for a few hours, which is better than the colognes that ordered. I don’t recommend purchasing colongne from this website.

Haven’t gotten my order yet waiting should be here already and isnt.

The fendi perfume has a bad smell is not the same and I’m really disappointing on the size, will never order again.
