The customer service is great. The fragrance I purchased does not smell like the original formulation. It has a harsh expired scent that I think is not good.

once they sell you something they fill your email box up with tons of emails. Tells you they are a greedy company with no confidence in their own company, If you are an outstanding company and provide a product at a great value and provide great customer service you should have the trust in your customers to come back on their own.\ Word of mouth beats 1 million emails any day

Placed an order and paid. 24 hours later they refunded and cancelled the order. Still no idea why and I wanted the product that they claimed was in stock. Bad company. Avoid them.

Purchased 2 colonge and they only sent one bottle. Told the rep about the missing item and nothing has been done

Terrible experience never got my item or refund after I was charged.

Made 2 purchases in this site, they tell you thank you for your purchase but the purchase was never made. Money was not deducted from my card and the purchase is a lie. Won’t recommend this site.
