Did not receive my item. Had to call and find out you didn’t have it, and didn’t know when you would get it to me.

8 days after promised arrival date still have not received product.

I did not like the experience of buying this SITE, because I tried 5 times and I could not, the SITE's response was the same ... the card's billing address was not the same as the shipping address.

I ordered cologne and immediately there were two orders of the same and two charges. I’m unable to figure out how to return one. Any help would be appreciated and my opinion would change. Your site didn’t even ask me if I meant to order this twice, in fact, I didn’t think the first went through.
