You get one star because there is no zero star! My order never arrived. In its place was a last-minute email written by someone whose English was not the best, telling me that my order could not be fulfilled. Gratefully this was not something I needed for a holiday gift. I then placed my order elsewhere and got a better price! Needless to say, I will never be doing business with FragranceX again. Thanks for nothing.

I clicked an add that said free shipping and ordered product. I saw the shipping code in the box, but somehow the code got changed, and I was charged shipping. I complained, but they still charged shipping. I tried twice more, all I got was excuses. I will never order again from this place.

The bottle of body lotion was cracked. Some of the lotion spilled. It is obvious that the seller put me already cracked bottle because in the cardboard box it could not be damaged in the way! And the perfume sample I got was half empty! Another perfume bottle from my order was crookedly pasted labels, disgusting quality! This is outrageous! Fake perfume! I'll never buy from them again! Disrespectful attitude to customers!

Absolutely horrible experience with this company!

My order sat for 10 days under the guise of processing. When I tried to cancel for non delivery, I was told it was too late as it was shipped. When I attached an image of the page showing my order was still processing, I was told there was a mix up and it was sent to wrong shipping facility. Sounds like total ineptitude to me and a pack of excuses (lies) on top of that so two Christmas presents never made it to my family. I will never use this 'company' again.

I ordered Justin Bieber cologne "Girlfriend'. It was paid for work another cologne which I ordered and received. You have taken both the cologne out of my checking account along with the shipping freeze. Someone needed to check on this and either return my money or send my cologne. Thank you Krista Sears.
