Product (Gucci sport) was broken in transit and was not replaced with new product. I’m dissappponted.

Product was defective. My email was answered promptly but my problem wasn't resolved. (I was instructed to send product back and they'd replace or credit me) this was unsatisifactory as it was a Christmas gift so I needed to purchase it retail. Will not shop this site again!

I was sent a wrong request, we agreed to the return and they did not reimburse me. Total scam, don't buy!
