Higher cost!!!!!!

Was very disappointed with my purchase bought a Prada candy perfume as a gift for someone and unfortunately it had a leak. I tried contacting fragranceX on the matter even sent photos but no response until this day. Waste of money.

Ordered and payed then suddenly they came with nonsense stories why they couldnt send the items. Had to contact the helpdesk 5 times to get my money back. Be careful with ordering here.

Took 8 days to get my package

CALGON PERFECT BLISS, I JUST WISH I WOULD HAVE RECIEVED THE RIGHT ORDER. RETURNED THE PURCHASE FOR A REFUND!

They advertised a listed price and the price matched on checkout..but when I looked at the invoice they had charged quite a bit more then listed price. I contacted FragranceX and tried to get them to correct the pricing and they stated they couldn’t because they had already shipped the perfume..which was a lie..it was less then a minute from time of purchase to time receiving invoice. If you would like proof..I saved the emails. I will never purchase from FragranceX again!

Terrible, I order Calvin Klein Euphoria, smells nothing like it. It almost smells moldy! I have emailed them asking for my money back.
