Honestly you could have packed the little bottles in a smaller box, it just seems such a waste. Next, my one bottle "Walk on air " leaked about 1inch and 1/2 out of the bottle. And that is my favorite one its the reason bought from you. But I do love the other two and I might buy again.

The fragrance is not but it is not what I expected

I’m happy with my order but I didn’t actually receive THE product pictured/promised! I ordered Candies Cologne & the promoted item was that of the “old” packaging/product, but apparently Candies Cologne must have relaunched with a new package & though it is somewhat similar, it’s not the exact same as the original, again as promoted/advertised. Overall I give it a 3 star review just because of the misconception.

I ordered a tester of an Hermes perfume. The plain white box was expected, but the wording on the box was not. It says: "Made of France." If it is legit, the sticker on the bottom has a batch code that indicates the bottle is 5 years old. TBH, the perfume smells OK, it's just the rest of it that makes me uneasy. EDITED TO ADD: FragranceX did get back to me a day or two later than the 24 hours stated (which is fine by me, what with Covid and all). Their staff did try to make it right and although I never got an answer to the issues addressed above, they did look into it and negotiated a reasonable compensation for me as an overseas buyer who pays astronomical postage for returns. So I have bumped them up from one star to three. I do believe the company is legitimate, but some dated products may slip through the ranks?

This is the second time that I placed an order to be a gift and it came extremely late. This is causing me to reconsider using this company ever again. First my husband's Christmas gift and now Valentine's Day. This is very frustrating because I am still expected to pay full price for this inconvenience.

The mask was rather comfortable, it got nicely in the face. However, the metal strap on the nose comes unglued within minutes of using the mask 😢
