The experience was good, the fragrance don’t last at all. I will not buy that anymore.

My perfume arrived today quick service am not sure if is the real deal I have worn ange du demon for longtime and the smell lasts ages but this doesnt plus it's different packaging to whats advertised the advertised one is exactly like my old bottle of ange du demon but when it came totally different .its making me question now is it real

Ordered my wife's Christmas gift on-line on 10 December as website said, delivery before the 'holidays' later realised it was a US website - should have picked it up from the work 'holidays' rather than Christmas. Nothing arrived - big disappointment as it was all I'd bought her ! No response from the "we're here for you" support team to this day. Eventually arrived today 30 December. Lesson if ordering for Christmas order about mid November. Another fault in the system was that their DPD tracking system stopped at JFK. Tried entering the tracking code in the UK DPD website and was told 'not recognised'. This is a bit basic in this day and age ! Sharpen up FragranceX !

I did receive the order but it was late. It was lame that it left your company on December 21 with two day priority delivery but it arrived on my doorstep on December 26. Late. Very lame to give a late Christmas present

One fragrance did not arrived: John Varvatos Artisan Pure. Excellent packaging and arriving was fast, but only 4 out of 5 arrived.

The fragrance is not strong and doesn't last long.

FragranceX gets a '2' (poor) and not a '1' because if having this niche parfum in their assortment. I've ordered an expensive niche parfum for my husband for XMAS. Id ordered an Extrait the Parfum when I opened the package they sent me Parfum de Cologne - this Cologne version represents about 50% of the value that I've paid for. Furthermore we cannot predict how this will smells on his skin as the concentration etc. is much different. So no XMAS present for my husband unfortunately. I've immediately sent an email to FragranceX asking how this could best best solved, I've suggested some possible solutions - no answer. I've followed-up with another email asking for the return label - no answer. Next step (as I want to be ahead of the custom duties that will be put upon me) will be another email with the notification that I will request my bank to withdraw the CC payment soon... A pity such an experience.
