After 3 weeks of sorting out my purchases from South Australia to Kansas and Ballarat Vic I had to send 3 emails trying to explain my predicament . They say ring ...the answering machine says go on line ! I needed to speak to a human being . !! Now it seems after all this hassle they have sent 2 perfumes to my family’s Kansas address . WhenI complained they finally agreed to send a prepaid return envelope . I thought the least they could do after the stuff up is send one to me for all the angst I’ve gone thru trying to get them to both of my daughter in-laws in time for their birthdays . Weird as I have dealt with this company many times and never had a problem . This time they wouldn’t accept my PayPal account . WHY . ? ...had to verify it as I was from Oz "???????Sowas told to go to my bank to get a. Special no? When I said I’d cancel my order if this didn’t go thru they acted . NOT HAPPY . Now my daughter in-law has to parcel it all up and send it back to them ! I think it’s bad customer relations , the time it took....2 perfumes to Kansas instead of one ....and the time factor getting a response on line .Why put a phone no. If you can’t call ...particularly from the other side of the world . Sorry but won’t bother with these incompetent people again. Yes I’ m old and grumpy , but where’s the help when you need it .? I do use other sites and not had this bad experience . Intend to let Paypal know ...why do we have PayPal if you can’t use it overseas ...even China is easier to deal with, reply instantly and postage fast .

I did not order from you . However someone used my email address for order confirmation. Please remove my email address from your system .

The Drakker you sent me was a knock off.Shame on you for ripping people off

Emailed customer support less than 5 minutes after order to cancel it. Also called them to cancel the item and they said it had been picked, packed and posted in 30 minutes so they couldn’t refund. No one is that efficient. Now have to wait 10 days for delivery to UK and then probably another 10 for refund after sending back. Very unhelpful and won’t be using again.

They sent me the wrong item, I returned it, and I still don’t have the item I purchased and they have charged my credit card I will never order from them again

I got a leaking bottle of perfume , which was a Christmas gift . I sent a picture of the bottle showing the missing perfume . The customer support person said , " The bottle can still be used ,and I could get a 50% discount if I wanted . " The perfume is still evaporating . I thought a company like FragranceX , would send a replacement . This is my first problem with any of my orders ! Disappointed and embarrassed.

Didn’t get what was promised. Not the same bottling or scent! It was a gift, I was very disappointed. Will never order or recommend FragranceX again. No truth in advertising!
