I have buy a order with 3 parfumes inside in this website and when the order comes my box was empty without my fragrances inside im very disappointed cuz i no have received my money back and nobody help me

I have worn Casual by Paul Sebastian for years and have purchased it on this site. The product I received is NOT the real Casual. After reading many reviews, I see that I am not alone in my concern.

ordered Versace pour homme, received who knows what...something yellow that smells like a brothel on dollar night...emailed several times with no response...sent the whole package back and asked for a refund or the correct product.....I'll let you know what happens from here....Charles Wightman

twice the money from my bank account was stolen

The retailer has sent me a perfume that loses smell right after spraying it. It's an oud so it's supposed to be strong and last a long time. It's either expired or fake. I have contacted them to request a refund and they have asked me to send the item to US even though it was shipped from the UK. They also asked me to pay for returning the product. I went to the post office and other couriers companies and none of them ships perfumes abroad as they are considered a hazard, inflatamabale. So I am about £130 down and wasted a lot of time emailing, calling them as well as contacting various courier companies. I would strongly advice not to purchase anything from this retailer. Their items are not as advertised, they will charge you customer fees even though they ship from the UK, you will never get them on the phone and their customer service via email is very poorly done.

Sold me a knockoff.
