FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

send a substitute in the place of what I ordered, not good business.

I was so disappointed!! I ordered 3 bottles of perfume/cologne from Fragrance X, and the only thing I got was pretty bottles with colored water in them. Laura Ashley No. ! is usually a very strong perfume that you have to use sparingly as to not overwhelm people, I could bath in what I was sent by FragranceX and you still could not smell it. The CK one that I bought, only slightly better. The scent was there at first but within an hour, completely gone. I haven't even bothered to open the other one I ordered. I guess I will just chalk this up to an ugly learning experience.

Bottles are so tiny it's crazy and when you go to open the top the plastic breaks off and the cap broke in half both times! Scent is right but that's the only good thing!

I have looked for these two perfumes for a long time now,, I found your Fragrances and am so pleased to find them on here!!! Thank you Cheryl

The perfume doesn’t have any odor(smell) none. And the packaging was different than the original. I feel I got a knockoff, and that’s not fair.

I cannot get a live person on the phone to find out what happened to my orders!!!

My fragrance smells like it was diluted with rubbing alcohol rep said she would email return label has yet to do so
