It came leaked and one of the spryer(the .5oz ) was missing the top? They offered to get the order back. But all wanted was to get the small bottle replaced or just send me a replacement. It is not much and I didn’t want to make problems. Since I like the product.

I still haven't received my package SMS it's been 2 weeks now going on 3

The bottle I ordered arrived with the tub completely missing so you can't even get one spray out of the bottle.

Ordered a bottle of Green Irish Tweed, received an email saying it had been shipped however the package never arrived. When I contacted support they revealed that they had never shipped it on their end at all (approximately 2 weeks after placing the order). They agreed to reship to me, however this is still largely unsatisfactory for 2 important reasons. 1)The idea that they wouldn't notice that they had taken my money but never bothered to provide a product until I pointed it out to them is just unacceptable as a business practice. Both because it put the onus on me to remind them to do their jobs but also because it's concerning that they place such little emphasis on actually providing the goods that their business is ostensibly about. 2) I recognize that I only paid for the regular 2-5 day shipping but given the screw up on their end you think the least the could do would be to offer an upgraded shipping service. I've since requested that it be shipped to me again and fingers crossed that they actually bother to send the product that I paid for. FragranceX has good prices at times but given this delay and the fact that you can find most bottles at a similar price elsewhere I have to wonder why anyone would choose their service over the competition.

One bottle empty

por primera vez compre aqui porque escuche buenas reseñas sin embargo lleve una gran decepción. compre el perfume elie saab rose culture y huele a puro alcohol, el aroma se va a los 10 minutos y desde que abri el paquete algo me dio mala espina porque salieron volando pelusitas entonces dije mmmm.... algo pasa con este perfume y el dispensador viene más largo de lo normal. no se porque mucha gente dice que nunca le ha ocurrido en esta página pero puedo decir que el perfume que me enviaron es falso , no soy nieva en esto, llevo años probando de todas las fragancias que puedo conocer y esta es falsa. tristemente fui engañada.

Items I received were not completely full and called and was told they would send me a return slip but I've never got it--this was for the Sarah Jessica Parker "Lovely" set--I've never had a problem before but all three items were not completely full--very disappointed--Athena Bober

First of all be careful these people sell "duplicate"goods under big name shop, its online and from USA so can't do any claim, you have to pay cheap price but taxes and delivery price makes it more expensive. If email, you will get a reply to send it back and claim the iff unopened, but once you open it you cannot return. And you will not know weather it's a duplicate product or not without opening using it once. It's just a bag of embarrassment if you buy from them to gift someone .please please don't make yourself anymore ashamed. Very very disappointed, angry and annoyed and I spent over 100 pounds to get utterly waters in a branded bottle.
