The smell of those two that I purchased can't even be used. Joop is more of a sour smell n the Mercedes doesn't last long n smells like FH cologne

The delivery of my purchase was very late and one of the 2 fragrances that I bought I never received, just I’m expecting the devolution of my money including the taxes of that product, that purchase was a month ago, I’m still waiting.

I am buyer from outside of USA. Fragrancex sent my parcel through costly DHL express service. They didn't sent through registered post. The parcel reached my country and now DHL is asking for a duty amount (which they are saying paid by them) almost equal to my item value. DHL intentionally didn't informed me before paying the duty. This is not done. I already paid an appreciable amount as shipping charges also. Now DHL is saying they will destroy the shipment if I don't accept it. I cant pay such a high amount as duty as I m just a middle class individual, not a buinessman. Fragrancex and DHL are a party to this kind of fraud. They don't have any policy of returning the duty amount (full or at least a part of it) to the customer. I will never buy from them again. They are cheats.

I was closing out an old checking account and had just enough money in it to buy one bottle of Mont Blanc. I was charged for two and received them on seperate days. This resulted in an overdraft and was charged $36.00. They accepted the return of one bottle, but the overdraft I have to eat. Not my fault, and I will never do business with them again.

Fragrance was not as strong or long-lasting as reviewed by many customers or reviewers. nice smell, nice package, but doesn't last long and barely can be smelled from 2 feet away.

TO FRAGRANCEX, I inform that I received the 3 perfumes that I ordered to experience the quality of the products. In the company that I bought for more than two years the perfumes lost quality since the middle of 2018. The perfumes had the same aroma of the originals at the moment they were applied to the skin but after an hour it had no perfume, no smell, nothing . I regret to inform you that the perfumes I received from FragranceX HAVE THE SAME BAD PROBLEM, ENGAGING THE CONSUMER THAT IS SLAMFUL. IN THIS WAY I WILL NOT BUY MORE IN THIS COMPANY.
