Bad presentation , every perfum are tester

I purchased 2 items, a cologne for my husband and a perfume for myself. After the first spray of each neither one have a fragrance left. I have 2 full bottles of colored water!

One of the worst purchases I ever done I tried to order some perfume by credit card did not have the sufficient funds on it to make the purchase 5 days later I find out now that they charged my card after the fact 5 days later without my permission two different times

never recieved product. no contact available

I am very sad and unhappy with fragrancex, my order as been in process for days and nobody is picking my calls , my $97.74 is hanging with them..i will not recommend this store , i need my order ship or refund.

Ordered twice an twice the wrong cologne was sent....I sent both back waiting for my refund. Customer service disagreed with my stating I received the wrong cologne an told me I did in facts receive what I ordered..I sent the invoice an she sent me a return label. I do not recommend this company...once wrong maybe but twice?
