This company has some of the worst customer service I have seen, just because they sell older batches( check the batch code of the fragrance ,it’s sometimes 2 and a half years old ) of the fragrance at a slightly more discounted price they choose to have zero customer service. I ordered a fragrance over 4 days ago and according to usps they did not even receive the package from fragrancex as yet. Fragrancex of course is going to play the blame game and state that usps has the package and I should wait a couple days before calling again. I call again after a couple of days and they are going to tell me “ more than likely usps lost the package “ they know they never dropped of the package and now they are going to state this bs. They won’t do any expedited shipping on a replacement or anything, all they will do is give a refund, because they clearly don’t care about losing one customer even if they know they were at fault.

I have used the company in the past for gift and where great however bought myself Versace Vantis it was a tester but I was alright about the packaging as it was for me... this product was not the real stuff smell last about 30 mins and vanished so don't buy the tester waste of money

This company does a disservice to your customers by utilizing USPS for delivery. It makes it impossible to purchase something as a gift etc. Also, I received my Versace Yellow Diamonds without a top. Since this wasn’t a free item, I expect a top on my perfume! I could’ve went into a store and purchased it had I known you’d send me something with no top!

I am SOOOOO upset and disappointed with the Demeter line of fragrances. I've bought five or six and only one was pleasant. The Vetiver i received reminds me of insect repellent as do the others. I will NEVER order that brand again

I ordered a couple of items on 29 Dec, one of which was shipped and arrived timely. The other one has remained unshipped and I have emailed support twice without a response! Not even an indication of if the item is in stock or how long I would expect to wait for!

Way too long for delivery! Products ordered were very well packaged though. Wasn't happy about how long it took for it to get here.

Good price, took about a week to get my order though. And the returns aren't actually free. There's a $5.95 fee that will be taken out of your return for the shipping label. Got a $15 dollar fragrance that I don't like. But if I returned it, I'd only be getting less than $10 back. Might as well keep it, it's not that bad of a fragrance. But if returns were 100% free def would send back.
