Cologne was weak, will never order from again.

i placed an order in CAD. my credit card was charged in USD. the invoice was showing 105$. they actually charged me 108$. then they said they couldn't validate my billing info. so they cancelled my order. the next day i see they re-reimbursed only 102$. if you say that your site accepts CAD and all prices are shown in CAD, nobody cares about your exchange rate. so they charged me 6$ for wasting my time with emails and tickets. Will never buy from them again and will never recommend buying from these D-Bags.

I didn’t receive my order as they sent it to wrong address or lost it in a delivery process. When I called them and explained them the situation, they told me to go to my local post and fill up an appeal form on behalf of them and then fax it to them so that they file a claim against the local post office. I asked the customer service lady why I am obligated to do a job on behalf of her company? She responded: “that’s our policy. If you need your order, we must file a claim against the post office. And the paper work should be done by you.” I was amazed by this and decided to give them 1 star review.

My order arrived with only 1/4 of the contents of a supposed to be a 3 ounce bottle of English Leather. It is a gift set with number 151860on bottom of package. There is a 2 0z tube of after shave and a 2oz tube of body wash... The only reason I ordered this gift set for my husband was for the 3oz bottle.. which seemed the only way I could get him that size of cologne. So I have to give him a damaged gift for Father's day??? Please How can this be made right? Thanks Anna Cannon PO Box 566, Montreat, NC 28757

Tentei realizar uma compra porém para minha surpresa quando fui concluir a compra fui informado que seria cobrado uma taxa (cuba) no valor do perfume, isso sem contar a taxa de entrega... Gostaria de saber se consigo tirar essa taxa (cuba).

Would give it zero stars if I could. Never received my goods but they took the money. Also emailed the support team and it’s a fake one as emails don’t send

Sorry to say but Zero star. The package was delivered so late and it was an empty package. The package was already opened and there is no product inside it. This is really not acceptable.
