Bottle very bad leaking

Purchased perfume was shipped a in box with no packing at all or plastic wrapping around the bottle. The bottle lid then loosened from the resultant rattling around during shipping. Two thirds of the perfume leaked out, soaking the shipping box and making the perfume bottle unusable. The postal service must have loved that. A full refund was offered only if the leaky, stinky, unusable bottle was returned in the original box which was itself ruined and extremely fragrant. A 75% refund was then offered without a return and accepted. So I spent $26 with FragranceX for nothing. Not good.

I PAID FOR IT, BUT MY PRODUCT DIDN'T COME!!!! I WILL RECOMMEND FRAGRANCEX TO ANYONE!!!! YOU ARE A FRAUD!!!!

the bottles in your photos appear to be larger than they were in person. no bargain here.

Awful. Was expecting spray but received pour.

Ordered two fragrances,you took the money 💵 for one then not the other saying my American Express was no good,had it for forty years and don’t need anyone telling me it was no good you did not even explain just left it to me to say where is my other fragrance I hope you did not charge me for it while charging for the one I received. I Received A Tester Bottle .As I knew I was suppose to. However The Bottle wont spray and seems as though it has leaked. Not A Good Experience
