FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

I purchased a tester bottle of perfume, it has very little aroma and was practically undetectable in half an hour, that and the fact the bottle is leaking is enough to ensure I shall not be a returning customer.

Will never buy from.

I did not get what I ordered and am still trying to return what I got so I can get what I ORDERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unorganized and non professional, the person incharge of customer care , has no idea about their website, I paid for next day delivery but I didn’t get the order next day and when I complaint about it, she responds in website is 1-3 days which is false, even no apology or nothing done , and you lost a customer .

I never received my perfume that I really wanted. I got a notification that it was delivered to my front door. It was never received. I emailed FragranceX and they told it was delivered and the could not refund me or send out a replacement. I asked, why was there not an option to have it sent with signature and where is the policy for this and never got a response. I will never use this site again. I gave away $65 .

Very dissatisfied. Will never purchase again. Purchased 2 different perfumes and the smell is gone shortly after I spray. No one even knew I had perfume on.

The Parfum I purchased only smells remotely like the one I purchased 20 or more years ago. It has a vinegary odor to it. I still have a few hundredths of an ounce of the original. It garners favorable comments whenever I wear it. I really liked the original and would like to have some more.

I purchased obsession 3.4 . What I got was 3.3. When I called customer service they had no good explanation for me. Bottle was different also.
