In regards to your order, we did our due diligence to look into the issue for you, and it does appear that there was a delivery attempt of the parcel, and it was held for pick up as well. Once the window for the pick up was exhausted, unfortunately, the entire order was returned to us. We were able to successfully refund you for your order and wanted to be sure to reach out to you here so you know that this entire ordeal was very important to us to rectify. I do see that an agent who assisted you, reshipped the product for you, and am sorry to hear that the item reshipped also came in unsatisfactory condition.
