Average shipping, empty bottles

Took 7 weeks to ship. Wrote a note that said it was in stock and ready to ship for $15 less than I paid. Got no useful response other than it was in process. 2 days later it shipped. No refund, no apology. Very disappointing and dissatisfied.

My perfume doesn't smell correctly. Actually it has almost no scent at all.

Before I placed my order for Tabac original Eau De cologne 3.7 ounce spray I was told that FragranceX only sells authentic original fragrance products, never any knockoffs. After I placed my order #30074837 and received the product I was extremely disappointed to find that it is a knockoff and NOT the exact authentic original fragrance. FragranceX needs to have a lot better quality control procedure .

I have inquired regarding the order which is not received and shown as delivered. Am still waiting on refund of money. Thanks

The items was to small for that amount of money. The items smell doesn't last long

Did not ship the product.

They canceled my order twice. Why?
