I have been with fragrancex.com for 10years. I brought some fragrance for my birthday however its was hugely delayed. But you recovered my experience with shows you care about me as your customer. Thank you for updating order. I guess my 10years will be extended to another 10yrs

Cologne replaced.
I purchased a fragrance and there two issues with it. One, it appeared that the bottle was leaking and the fragrance did not had the scent it should have. I called customer service, they requested some pictures and FragraceX replaced my cologne. I am very satisfied with my second one. Thank you!
