This company delivers quickly. But the Noir oil I got doesn't smell right. It smells kinda old. And ups is a terrible delivery company. But I will order again from yall

Easy and arrived quickly

I have received a refund of my order #56713744 and a replacement for order #56551864 I was told was en route. To be clear, I have no issue with the product or the online store, my issue was for their customer service. It's too bad because the product will sell itself. Also, maybe someone should check items thoroughly before it is packed, but with the holidays mistakes can happen, I get it. Customer service just needs to do a better job.

I love the selection of perfumes. The prices range but had quite a few options to choose from. I've already been back to order more!

I have found perfumes I use to use and forgot how good they smell. Ordering is quick and easy and my orders are not knock off perfumes there the real deal

Shipping was prompt, pricing was very fair, and the product was and is great! My one slightly negative comment is on the packing. . .the tube containing the spray bottle arrived open, with the stopper and washer rolling around in the box. This could have been prevented with better packing, as with bubble wrap, for example, which wasn't used. Since the containers weren't made of glass, though, it's not a huge deal.

Took a little longer than I’d like but that’s not there fault. Besides that I have no complaints thank you

Hola en esta ocasión doy un 4 estrellas porque la verdad es que los perfumes son lo que venden CALIDAD por eso doy 4 estrellas pero no quita el sinsabor de los incómodos días muy tardíos sin saber cuándo llegaría la compra deben gestionar y tratar al máximo el TENER UNA LOGÍSTICA NO BUENA PERO SI EXCELENTE para que los clientes cómo yo no tengamos que estar dando quejas de la mala atención al cliente de resto aclaren lo de los tiempos de entrega porque de éstos inconvenientes va a depender la fidelidad de los clientes muchas gracias
