FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

Hi, we got the Fragances, but the Demetre Patchouli came open top unscrewed and leaking and the English Lavender smell won't last long as I used to remember and the smell very faint, True Love it's great and love the body lotion, thanks FraganceX.

The 2 that I ordered Bora Bora & Lucky You, wasn't what I expected. They smell good, but not something I'd wear. But, I'll show them to my daughter. She usually likes what I don't. Thank you for working with me. I really like Spark by Liz Claiborne & Enjoli.

The order did arrive, but most certainly not in the time frame specified on the site. It states worldwide shipping is 4-12 business days, I received my order almost 6 weeks later. So depending on where you are, your milage may vary.

I received my order but got two vanderbilt it was supposed to be vanderbilt 3.5 oz and chantilly not sure of size

While I'm normally very pleased with the products and service, this time one of the bottles had an atomizer which didn't work. I returned the item. We'll see how that goes.

Other than taking longer than normal, the packaging was horrible! The box it came in was destroyed, as well as both boxes containing my fragrances. One cap was cracked as well. There was no padding in the box at all. Just two bottles wrapped in plastic on a flat square piece of cardboard. Now, usually I have great experiences with FragX. So this is most likely an anomaly. Which is why im not holding it against them. This wont make me think twice about purchasing from them in the future at all. They still provide great service 99.99% of the time. PS. Rochas Moustache EDP is PHENOMENAL!

I've been using this fragrance for many many years now and one of the main reasons I like it so much is because it lasts. Unfortunately the bottle I recently received smells the same however it doesn't last like the real product used to.

Edit - company rectified the situation and my fragrance was then delivered promptly and as described. Initial review: Customer service non-existent. Say they will reply within 1 working day but 3 emails and a week later, they have not even acknowledged receipt of my message. This is for a simple transaction verification that they requested in order for them to take the funds from my account. Absolutely ridiculous that a simple purchase should be delayed this much. How can a company be so incompetent?
