My order took forever to arrive!

Little disappointed only had sample size of the Elizabeth and James black

They have great prices, but it's a shame you might possibly get a really old bottle. Twice now I've received bottles that are 9+ years old!!! Make sure to check the manufacture dates of the bottles you receive from them. I called to get a replacement, and they wouldn't even give me free 2 day shipping since I was flying out of the country soon, even though the situation was their fault. Good prices, but not very good service.

I paid for gift wrapping and even wrote a note and there's waa nothing different about the package. No note or anything

I love the speed at which they deliver and every item was authentic and no knock-offs. Only one problem I ordered some after-shave lotion with one of the bottles of cologne and they sent 2 bottles of the same cologne instead of the after-shave. If not for that I would have given them a 5. I also did not like the reply answer from the customer service rep, who basically gave a nonanswer. Did not even say we will correct this and get this out to you. It was a noncommittal answer. I sent them a picture of the delivered product.

Shipped quickly, but was disappointed because the bottle I received was no longer good— the outside of the bottle smelled of vinegar and there was no distinct fragrance when sprayed. Order with caution.

My order came on time but however Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb fragrance didn't stay on long. I have sampled this product before and it smells the same and usually stays on but doesn't last long like it would!
