Please note that FragranceX.com does not automatically change shipping addresses, and we did not receive a request to update the address before the order shipped. Customers are able to review and verify the shipping information during checkout, again immediately after placing the order, and once more in the order confirmation email sent after purchase. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, our system is unable to modify the address. Hi Amber! We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery timing of your order and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. After reviewing the shipment details, we see the order was placed on 05/20 after business hours, so it was processed and shipped on 05/21. The expedited shipping option selected was for 1 to 2 business days from the ship date. In this case, there was a weekend in between, followed by the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, 05/25, which affected carrier transit schedules. FedEx then completed the delivery on 05/26, which was still within the expected business day delivery timeframe 📦 We apologize for any confusion regarding the shipping expectations.
