I was sent a delivery window betwen 12.19 an 13.19. I was at home awaiting the package. It never arrived. The order was debited TWICE from my credit card. They tell me the carrier says I "refused" the delivery and its being returned to the warehouse. Despite this, they refuse to refund me until they receive the parcel themselves. So I am without my money x 2 and without my order. Not even a proper apology. Totally hopeless. Re the below response: obviously it is ludicrous to “hope I enjoy my fragrances” when they never arrived!

Muy mala experiencia,no envían lo que ofrecen y compras. Adquirí una fragancia descatalogada,a precio de 84€ y me enviaron la reediciòn actual,mucho más barata-39€-Si quiero devolverla,tengo que pagar el envío,cuando siguen ofertando la versiòn antigua-foto,descripciòn de notas,solo queda una,sin caja...etc-. Un fraude absoluto,nada fiable.

I NEVER received my order of Adolfo Couture and I did not see any credit on my credit card. ;(

Way over priced compared to other stores! $50 more then Macy’s on coco chanel

I purchased Royal Copenhagen Cologne. This is the only Cologne that I've worn since 1972. I know it when I smell it. The 1972 aroma was missing unfortunately. Other reviews are expressing this same sentiment. Only the packaging and the look are comparable to the 1972 brand. I would not recommend buying. Fragrance X could you please look in to this matter. A faithful fan base is looking for the original product and would be willing to purchase it if we were assured of the right scent.

I ordered for a Montblanc Individuelle. At checkout the price was $33. When I placed my order the price went to $45. I sent them an email in the next moment requesting them to cancel my order. I got a reply the next morning saying that my order has been shipped and will not be able to cancel. Kylie, the customer service representative told me “I hope you will reconsider your decision and accept your order. However, should you still decide to cancel, you have the choice of returning your package.” And when I ask for the process of returning their reply was “If you choose to return your fragrance, you will receive a refund for the full cost of the merchandise minus shipping fees on receipt of your return. The return will need to be in the original packaging and unused.“
