Poor customer service. annoyingly no sooner than you buy something you get showered with emails, including for the thing you have just bought - at a lesser price. If you wish to return a duplicated order it has to be at your own expense. I would not recommend this site to anyone

just now i had an emty box without my polo cologne

This company is absolutely fake, rubbish and very untrustworthy one...the government should look into them and ban them from selling perfume. I bought an Aramis mordern leather from them, having used it before, it arrive and I quickly noticed that a cello tape was used to stick the bottom label. Opened the bottle and sprayed it, it smells real but then disappeared within minutes, the real mordern leather will smell for few days on you. Ive asked them for refund and a return label not not a single response from them...I have emailed them 5 times and still no response. A company like this should not exist and should be banned completely.

I would not recommend FragranceX, I ordered a Christmas gift from them in November to ensure it would arrive in Ireland in time for Christmas. It turns out the courier they use “lost” my parcel and now they won’t send me a replacement in time for Christmas. Apparently it’s their policy to only refund international orders. This makes no sense! If they can send it once why can’t they send a replacement? Shocking customer service just before Christmas

Placed a big order, tracking says delivered but I got nothing. Called u guys on 29th and I was told investigation is open, when I call today for an update I get nothing. I m told that Ca post haven't responded yet and I m supposed to wait infinite long days as u can't do anything before Ca post responds which is ridiculous. Worst customer service ever experienced.

This company is a fraud!!!! Do not buy from them! I’ve been wearing Betsy Johnson for over 10 years. I even had a little left over in my older bottle. I opened all 3 of my purchased perfumes from FRAGRANCE X and it’s just rubbing alcohol in the bottle. THEY ARE A SCAM! Don’t give me the bs that smells change. I know my favourite and only perfume I wear! Send me back all my Money!

Do not buy form this company I have purchased perfume from them but when it has arrived I noticed that it rattles around in the box , perfumes should never do that so I have asked for a refund as I think this is faulty. They have told me to return the item paying shipment myself and they will also take the cost of shipping to me from the price I paid £57.00, with free shipping I was told.. so sending it back would cost me £22. TO SEND FAULTY GOODS BACK TO THEM.SO A REFUND OF £35 BACK TO ME. I will not be doing that as i think they should pay both payments and give me a full refund for sending faulty goods in the first place..

Ordered a 200m bottle of ck be and its definitely fake. Smells like alcohol then the smell goes completely after a few minutes. Feel robbed
