Garbage website. I am begging them to pay. 3 times I try to pay and they decline and ask me to send personal data over email. They can just resolve this by adding CVV to their payment form and not just take the credit card number.

don't order off this site you don't get your order and they won't reply yo you when you contact then leave well alone

I have bought a bottle of la vie est belle for my wife for Christmas, when she opened the packaging and tried to spray it, the spray didn't work. I contacted customer services and they have offered a $10 refund! I spent nearly £80 for a faulty bottle of perfume and that's the reply I get! Stay away from this company

Bait and switch, they advertise 3.4 Oz and send 2.7 oz. Never again will I order from them. Very dissatisfied.

Prices on website and in receipt are in GBPounds however you will be charged in dollars (who knew or how many?) When I gave them negative feedback they asked what they could do to make things right. I reasonably suggested they refund the difference between the amount on my receipt and what I had been charged but they refused. And so here I find myself extolling the paucity of their customer service.

Ordered for my husband for Christmas. The purchase went through my back and then was canceled by fragrancex without informing me. Completely ruined Christmas and I still haven't gotten my money back.

Order reelceived after Christmas

I bought from them four perfumes in November,and never get them.Today is 26th December! I sent them a email to check what happened. After a almost a 3 weeks they sent me a message that they will have a look and trace it. And they still looking after two months. Nothing since. No other offer,no refund...nothing. They are very silent. Christmas ruined,presents obviously lost. Very,very poor customer service. It looks like I lost my money(250 dollars),and never get them back. Just avoid them.
