Horrible horrible company . Order a Micheal Kors perfume sporty citrus 30mil The bottle was half empty , feels like there is only 10mil in there . As well as it doesn’t smell nothing like the genuine product. Please stay away horrible company plus it cost me £37 for that !!

I never received my order, I am very upset. It never happened with other companies. It's said December 19, 2019 3:08 pm Brooklyn, NY Delivered, Front Door/Porch I was hone on this day. Why deliver at the front door on a busy street. Why did not instruct UPS to deliver to the recipient? NEVER GOT MY PURCHASE OR MONEY BACK. nEVER WILL DEAL WITH THIS COMPAY.

fake perfumes. definitely different from duty free stores. stay away! no wonder the prices are so cheap

I am only giving one star because I do not think the cologne I ordered is a genuine one. The scent lasts less than one hour. I have bought this one many times before in other places and I know how it smells all day.

I’ve ordered twice from Fragrance X. First time package arrived as promised. Second package was lost by the shipper. In spite of many emails to both Fragrance X and the shipper, I have had no compensation. After a month, Fragrance X also stopped replying to my emails. That’s about $100 USD up in smoke for me. Fragrance X are ok when all goes well, but are appalling if problems arise. Purchase at your own risk.

Refus de la commande après avoir aperçu le montant débité de mon compte en banque qui été différent du total à payer. Méfiance. Et en prime aucun remboursement. Et silence totale de FragranceX malgré les nombreux mails

I received my order, found that the bottles were broken during transportation. I contacted the support service, uploaded a photo of the broken bottles. On December 2, Katie-Customer Service Specialist said that he would contact the insurance company and tell me the result within 15 working days. Without receiving a response, I wrote to the support service on my own, and there was no response. On December 24, I re-wrote to the support service and there was no response. Today is January 2, a month has passed, and the support of the store does not want to solve my problem and ignores all my appeals.

Not sure the perfume genuine, wore angel for a long time not convinced this is the real thing
