Item received but I wouldn't call it gift wrapped as I requested and paid for!! DEFINITELY NOT SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!!!

The perfume I ordered was weak, almost feels like & smell like a mixture of water and some smell. I returned it right away, problem is I have tried contacting & have message FragranceX 2 times already, and they're suppose to get back to me regarding my refund. So, long story short, I'm still waiting on my refund, customer service here sucks, there's no one to talk to about order problems. Please, just give me a full refund since I'm sure you've received the item back.

I bought two bottles of perfume from FragranceX.com: Caesar for men and Paul Sebastian. Both perfumes are of low quality. In fact, the Caesar does not maintain its odor at all and Paul Sebastian only last for an hour or so.

J attend toujours ma commande du 17 décembre. Fragrance me dit qu ils attendent des informations du transporteur.....moi j ai contacté le transporteur et j ai eu une réponse immédiate...commande toujours chez l expediteur@!! Je réclame en vain le remboursement...cela s appelle tout simplement du vol.

Stay away from this. It seems fake, fraud and scam. I order for perfume more than a month ago and when I contacted them that I why still I didn’t received my stuff but in the reply they told me that Canada Post returned your stuff due to bad address, it is very nonsense for me because on daily basis I receive my stuff on given address. So in short I didn’t received my stuff as well as my money, so please don’t waste your time as well as money.

The Aramis cologne I bought from this company was expired after i checked the serial number and already opened pack and used. I threw it away.
