Very dissapointing!!! Ordered a perfume online only to be told order pending as billing and card adress didn't match which wasn't at all the case!!! It was a birthday gift that never arrived. Fragnance x need to up their payment system. Won't be reccomending a website which is a hassle to order from!!!

They still have not sent me the refund they promised beware. They have all the facts, they stall and ask for more info. I provided them my invoice # and my requests have been ignored- shame on you fragrancex

If I could give this company a rating it will less than zero they a fraud selling fake perfumes I purchased on several occasion cause I watched reviews on YouTube don’t be mislead they sell absolute fake I purchased jimmy choo and Swiss Arabian both smelt like absolute nothing but alcohol these are perfume I’ve bought for several years after returning the perfumes and shipping with even paying for signature shipping with canada post they denied giving me my refund and said their warehouse has gotten it this has been more than a month now like really ? Still no refund I will never I repeat never buy from this site don’t wast your money

The order arrived promptly and I thank you for that. I received the Light Blue and the Samsara which both are my favorite perfumes. According to the reviews, the scents do not LAST! I know these are not the authentic ones because I checked them out. I went to Macy's and purchased the same ones and looked at authentication and they were not the same. You should be ASHAMED of yourselves for selling FAKE merchandise.
