The delivery was on point , but the product was not. The perfume smelled like it was very old and expired just like a dead person. I am returning it back. ASAP

This is not the original, vintage Bowling Green Cologne by Geoffrey Beene but a newer knockoff dupe. Very disappointed

This is a fraudulent company. I ordered Tom ford extreme for $114 never received order confirmation and they spam emailed me all day long with emails I can’t unsubscribe from. I opened a paypal claim and they will not give me my money back. They stole my money!! And keep spam emailing me all day long. This company is pure fraud. They don’t even have a phone line. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

Generally a good company will ship out the next day, it is now the third day and no notification of my order shipping. I tried to call the customer support number from my receipt email from Paypal and no one was available (what?), and it is a Thursday at 1430 Az time. If they were closed, the should have said so. I tried to reset my password and was suppose to receive a reset email, but never receieved one ( yes, I checked the spam). Since this is my first purchace through Fragrancex and I am having a bad experience with them, It will be my last.

Your product is perfect, Katie in your Support Dept. tried to help, but since you choose to use United States Postal Service as your delivery process I really cannot think of revisiting your site....you should think about that going forward.

My item was delivered damaged due to improper packing. The led was loos and all the cologne ran out on the box and now I have no cologne but I am out a shipping charge!! Not right at all!!!

Hi All, Recently I placed an order on FragnaceX website for India shipping. Order Id -32862347.My order value was around 70 USD. When my courier arrived through DHL in India, DHL asked me another 50 USD as Customer and Duty charges. I was in complete dismay as FragnaceX order has around 71% of hidden taxes which they did not disclose at the time or order placement. I tried contacting FragranceX team to cancel this order. They are not ready to support on this and giving lame excuses that they do not have information on this and cannot do any thing. My advice to all international buyers is to double check on the custom and duty charges in your country on fragrance & beauty products as you may end up paying lot of extra money.

On 4th February 2020 I ordered a bottle of a perfume, Aqua Allegoria Pampleune by Guerlain which I have been using for approximately 10 years, possibly more. The order was delivered on or around the 10th February. I opened the perfume 2-3 days later and was struck by how weak the fragrance was compared to my bottle of perfume which was almost empty. It did not smell like the perfume that I am very familiar with and I assure you the perfume that you sent was not the original, authentic article. The packaging looked authentic but the liquid contained in the bottle is definitely not the genuine article. I have been in contact with company, who advised me to send back the product, in its original packaging and unused but, the packaging is not intact nor is the item unused. How would I doubt its authenticity without trying the product?. I assure you that this is not the same fragrance that I am very familiar with. This item was bought in good faith and I feel very let down by your company. It has been returned to the depot in the UK and was posted first class and signed for. I have emailed the company numerous times and have yet to hear from them.
