We also see that our customer service team previously advised you to contact your local post office to make arrangements for delivery. To help prevent situations like this, customers have three opportunities to verify their shipping information: during checkout before completing the purchase, on the order confirmation page immediately after placing the order, and in the order confirmation email, which includes the complete shipping and billing details.
