Would give zero stars if that was an option customer service was terrible never received my package or a refund because the package was marked delivered and the post office sent me a letter saying I never received my package but they are giving me the run around about letters being in pdf form did that and my letter still wasn’t accepted so I will never order from here again

Worst perfumes I have ever bought. They are fake for sure. They claimed they had available a perfume that was discontinued by the original brand. The smell was nothing compared to the original. Untrustworthy. Do not buy.

They take money from my acount but shiping is canceled.i wait 5 buisnes day for money return in to bank acount and nothing??????!!!!!!!!

I ordered about ~$300 worth of fragances back in February. I was home when the package was supposedly left at the front door. The package never arrived, and it looks like it may have been dropped off in the wrong apartment, or somehow stolen from my front door in a very small time window - something that has NEVER happened to me before in many years ordering online and buying through amazon for example. Either way, there is absolutely no refund or reissue, partial or in full, yet from FraganceX, and I have been going back and forth about this issue with both FraganceX and USPS for over a month and a half. Unlike Amazon, FraganceX seems to not hold itself responsible of the items once they charge you and it leaves their facilities. Please be aware this risk, order one perfume at a time, or buy on another online site that will at least make themselves partly or responsible in full until you receive your package. They charged me regardless of knowing how the package was handled, how it was left unattended at my door or even it was left at another neightboors door. This is an online business so I would expect better care in shipment, especially because shipments will likely always cost a few houndred dollars. I will not buy from here again and urge you to not buy either - there are other online stores available with good prices - I will be trying those who have a more comprehensive care order #32624198

Do not trust this company. I returned an item and sent the aftershave back to the recommended address. Once i sent proof vis email that they had signed for the package, they have completely ignored my emails and will not issue a refund. They are not to be trusted

I’m disappointed with the product because I buy the parfumerie 3.5 ml and I received the little ones 1.3 this page liner to me

Only 1 star for now because when I got my cologne its was leaking, so I sent it back and awaiting for my new bottle, then I'll give it a 5 star review!!!

One of the Bottles on cologne I ordered was empty on arrival.
