Made two orders from them one of them went great and the other well not so much. I made the order first order and it went well items arrived fast and fine. Made a second order and Jesus was this bad. First one of the boxes was just covered in dirt and debris and then I was missing one cologne. I contacted and they told me that they would submit a claim to UPS this was after calling them three separate times. it’s almost been almost a month and constantly I get the same response of the representative saying “ As explained many times, I will keep you informed as soon as we receive any additional information from our shipping carrier.” if I don’t hear anything about it I’m going to contact my bank and ask for my money to be returned and do business somewhere else. Again the first order was great but man has the second order been a pain.

My package was shipped on the 20th of april I still have not received it on may 6th. I emailed them asking for a tracking number and no response. I would not buy here again.

Prices fluctuate and they don’t match prices or issue refunds. Found cheaper fragrance website to buy from.

C’est très rare que je commande en ligne. J’ai placé une commande mardi soir. Quand j’ai reçu la facture tout de suite après avoir fait l’achat, je me suis aperçue que le montant pour la livraison gratuite n’avait pas été pris en compte avec le code promo free69. Ensuite, à ma grande surprise, le montant pris sur ma carte de crédit était plus élevé que la facture!!! Depuis, je leur envoie des courriels pour remédier à ces erreurs et aucune réponse de leur part! Je me demande même si je recevrai mes parfums. Pour ma part, plus jamais!

I sent 3 mails to the support they didn't answer me since a week ago

Old perfume and did not smell the same as the original kind. I donated to goodwill 🤬

The cologne I received are cheap copies of the original scents.

Bottle was broken when I recieved it from the mail. Emailed fragrancex and no response.
