I ordered 4 perfumes most of which were unavailable in Melbourne. Tracked via the TNT website. This is my first on-line perfume order and FragranceX was recommended by a few friends who had used it for Australian delivery. I'm glad I didn't take any notice of all the negativity here. Whilst I'm sure some people had problems, my delivery went without a hitch. Perfumes arrived at my door 10 days after order in perfect condition. They were housed in a small cardboard box and wrapped in thick bubble-wrap. Will I order from FragranceX again? Absolutely. Terrific service.

Ordered 3 bottles of EDT on the 26th of April. Had them delivered without any problem on the 5th of May. The bottles seem te be genuine, are well packaged and full. I understand that a website like this will always have more negative reviews than positive but not everything is a bad as it looks here

I used this company and all was good.

I ordered 2 gift sets from this company. I was very unsure.. due to all the reviews but decided to go out and try these products myself. When I received my order, I gave one of the gift sets as a present for my friend. When she opened the gift.. the nozzle came off when she opened the lid. SO I emailed frangrancex.. along with pictures.. and they fully refunded the money.. no problems what so ever! I would recommend.. because even though one of the perfumes broke, they apologized and fully refunded! It was also very real. smelt exactly like the perfume.

I so far am impressed with the service I was provided, I paid 25$ for something that would have cost 70 in stores.. I ordered it late Tuesday night and I just received it today being the following Monday . so it took less then a week and if I would have ordered on the Monday I would have received it on Friday, I live in Canada and because of used a coupon code the shipping was free. they also provide the coupon codes on the web site so anyone can use them and save money.. so far I am very impressed and it was packed very nice.. I do find the smell of the cologne to be less effective like it may have been a bit watered down. it could just be me since im so used of the smell so ya all in all im very happy and I hope that's everyone else that had issues were just one of and everyone else has a good experience like I did. I will repost if the next order is not as good as the first

I was hesitant at first but they seemed at the time the only company to have in stock the perfume I was after, I made sure they accepted paypal as payment, if anything happened at least I knew I had that in my favour. I had nothing to worry about the perfume arrived 2 weeks as promised to Australia. I am now making a second order for Christmas. Only problem I see is that most of the popular perfume is out of stock, which is a pity.

Have to say am a little surprised at negative reviews. Have ordered and received correct, authentic perfumes 3 times now. Agreed they do take a long time but 6-7 weeks to Australia seems to be par for the course with many websites. Have ordered with this website 3 times and have not had a problem. Agreed delivery time does seem to be lengthy but 6-7 weeks to Melbourne Australia seems to be par for the course from many websites.

I purchased again from FragranceX, and I am very happy with the service. I had sampled a cologne from a local store, so I knew the one I wanted. However, my savings through FragranceX was GREAT! I chose the standard shipping, so it took about a week to get my delivery, but it was packed carefully and arrived without any problems. I have bought from this site before and will continue to do so. Great job guys!
